big skyscrapers in a small big city

You know those skyscrapers you usually see in cities like LA or New york???? Las Vegas seems to be starting to pick up the trend. As I was on my way to go get fingerprinted for my caregiver's job......I started to notice that all these highrise homes are being built. You know, those apartments which cost so much that only people like Paris Hilton or Donald Trumpp could only afford to live in.... and yet, these huge things are going up all over the city. It gets me thinking......how can some people afford places like that and yet our city be suffering for jobs and money. Economy has a weird place in society......don't you think.........? Anyways, here's lookin' at you Las Vegas..... the new copycat of New York and LA.
