Hey ya'll!
I know, pretty much I have been one lazy bum in updating lately. I have pictures and updates for you. This week, we have our lovely Larsen boys with us! Jimmy, Liz, Sam, Josh, Tom, and David.... all here in Vegas! Saturday they drove in and were such a rambunctious group of travelers. Play consisted of constant running, and we were immediately introduced into the world of ice cream, pop corn and the movie, "BOLT". It was a good movie! Tommy and I did share a bed and I found out quickly that he sleep walked. ha... imagine to my surprise when he got out of bed and started pacing my room.And the boys had fun when Tom spotted a lizard and caught it! We had fun taking pictures of the poor pathetic half alive creature that graced our porch that night. Then Sunday was church and I attended the family ward just because the boys were there. Today, was the Peterson family picture day! Yay! lol. well, it was better than what it could have been at least. This time I looked half way decent! So it was a success for me. Tonight Tom and David are staying over night while Jimmy and Liz take Sam and Josh to see Blue Man Group. Tomorrow we are goingt o cheesecake factory and meeting dad for his birthday lunch. He is 60! Happy Birthday daddy!
In other news, I had a special friend come visit me a few weeks back. His name is Elroy, and he has become a very good friend of mine. He came from OC cali.... and spent a week in Vegas with me just takin' in the sights and having a good time! I can't wait until he comes back again because we had so much fun! :) Oh and mom and I had a whim to dye our hair... my hair turned out this ugly blonde color. lol. Oh well, it's just hair!
Next week, my mom journeys to a land far away.... Colorado! She is going to Denver to see my Grandpa for his 90th birthday! lol! We seem to be having a bunch of big birthdays this year! She will be there for roughly a week.... which should be semi-fun for her, if she ever makes it out of our huge Mccarran Airport!
Several of my friends have recently gotten married, had a baby, or gone on missions... I can't believe how fast time is flying by. I am still with out a job, but I am keeping busy with odd jobs around the house. So far my mom has had me rip the kitchen apart and organize that as well as rip the garage apart and clean that out really well. lol. I need a job quick... before she thinks of more torture for me to go through! HA! Mom, has been quite busy between the activity day girls and sewing bonnets and skirts for the YW trek. YIKES! So it seems we have all been busy... and Las Vegas Allergies have kicked in and it seems like we all have been suffering! I actually had laryngitis for a few days there.... but I am thankful to have my voice back these days. I am still going to the gym all the time and to my surprise, my summer clothes from last year are very loose on me! WOOT WOOT! lol.
FHE is in a few short hours and I have a few things to do so....... more later!
