OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Ok, the news you have all been waiting for:
*****I got the job at the Optometrist office of Dr. Mary Grant as a Visionary Occupational Therapist for Special Needs Kids!!! Yay! I found out that my new boss loves me, it's casual..... and it's an awesome atmosphere. I do have to do some training... but a week or two from now, and it's an official thing! Yay! lol. I am so excited, and I will specialize in writing since I am certified and am highly qualified for the position. lol. So details are..... I start tomorrow and work my way up from 9-3 pm to Tuesday's grueling schedule of 9am to 6pm..... and some days... I may even be later depending on my patient case load. AHHH! Dude, I will actually have patients! That is soo AWESOME! Can you believe me.... miss " will I ever aspire to anything?" has got such a good career to look forward to? I can't - I have to say I am so blessed. *****
*Oh, and wasn't GC awesome? I like Elder Hales talk about picking your fights, and fighting for something worth fighting for instead of fighting about petty things. oh, and I loved hearing "If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all..." classic Thumper phrase, but still it fits every time. Oh and also.... I had no idea how many kids and like youth people were texting and stuff like that during church.... I mean, I have my phone on for emergencies but......sheesh! lol. Well, it was new news to me... but maybe I am just oblivious to my surroundings. lol.

*Dad update... he is not good, but by mid week they hopefully will put him in the hospital for that surgery that was postponed. :)

>>>Wow, I feel so accomplished and I haven't even started working yet.... hmm.... could my luck be changing for the better>? I should say so...:)
Good night Good night... parting is such sweet sorrow...
Jessica
