halloween birthday party for a 14 year old

Hey ya'll!

Wow, so it has been a busy week and an even busier year. Let's recap.

- finished school

- attend the most amazing singles ward ever

- got an amazing job

- have so many wonderful friends

- moved back home

- working on getting a car

- and soon to be added...my best friend is coming to Vegas in like 11 days!

Things have really been good. Work is like normal. I have the most wonderful ward ever and I love going there because I have so many wonderful friends that I have made in the short time since I started going back. I also had the wonderful opportunity to help throw a friend's surprise party last night! She was so happy and it made me feel like a million bucks! She really deserved it and all her little friends came. I was dressed as a Las Vegas Hockey player.... in memory of the good time I used to have way back when my dad was good. I had a blast and can't wait for tomorrow. I turn 23.... boy, do I feel old. I have started dating again... it's such an adventure... learning to trust people again. :) I love it. I couldn't ask for anything more. Yesterday, my mom took me to my favorite place.... pf chang's for my birthday and she is making my favorite dinner tonight... since tomorrow I have work. So it looks like my 23 birthday is coming and going very quickly. But somehow, I am ok. I rented a scary movie, and I think I will sit and watch it before bed tonight. After all... I am the scary movie queen! And soon November will be here, and Kat will be here too! That is going to be an adventure within itself. I have been trying to convince her to move here after she graduates dec. 2009.... and then I think we could travel and stuff! And I am saving to visit Minnesota in January and also Iowa. I haven't seen my girls in forever, and also my friend Amy, her husband Preston, and their adorable babies...Emerson and Cambridge live over there. I just hope the money saves fast! Oh, and dad is comking home for Thanksgiving! Yay dad! So many journies I am about to take..... and I am so excited for what the future brings.
