Hey ya'll.....
okay, so I have to get this off my chest. You will laugh, cry, and possibly kiss ten minutes goodbye, but I promise it will be entirely worth it. Okay so here is the latest rant. Yes, the ty"rant" as some call me... is back.
Why is it that people are so oblivious? I hate it. You can say something straight forward and they act like they don't have a brain in their head. Ya know, the ones who have the undeniably recognizable blank stare along with the ridiculously insignificant question. I almost want to go up to them and knock on their head to see if they even flinch or if they have turned into those gaurds at buckingham palace. An example of what I am talking about is as followed...Like the girl today in class who must have asked five times if the assignment for next class (also printed right in black and white in the syllabus) was due next class. Then there is the girl who comes home to signs of "CLEAN UP YOUR DISHES" looks at them shrugs and says "I don't know what they are talking about, I do this".... and get this.. the next time you look over at the person.... they are placing yet another unrinsed dish in the sink instead of in the dishwasher. HELLO??? Sometimes I wonder what planet these types of people come from. A hint for this"said" planet.... brains ARE useful, not just mush. Now I can here you saying, "But Jess, some people just need reminding." Yes, I realize this simple fact, but when its a ten times a day review, you start to find your energy, as well as that last fusing nerve(located properly) at the corner of your eye starting to twitch. Thank you very much, I am now dumber by associating myself with you. And for a Senior College student with very little patience and a wired temper this is code for WARNING. Ya know those signs that you like to see at the side of road? The ones most people inconviently take out their side mirrors with while driving on long stretches of unmarked Utah road? (no puns intented mom... but it brings back memories, right?) Yeah, those.... I need one that says STEP OFF. Which brings me to another point.... construction. Why is it that construction never seems to end? The purpose is to finish the job and THEN start a new one. Not to continue five projects for fifteen years.... instead of helping the public, not only are construction crews costing us millions in tax dollars, they have to shave every little penny that you have left by wreaking some piece of your car ...from cone induced fender benders to tar rocks landing in your windshield. It's a scam I tell you.
This may not seem like my biggest rant but I basically wanted to let all of you know..... the Ty"rant" is here for good and will be making frequent visits from now on, just so Jessica can make it through the day.
Have a happy day, one without "Here's your sign" moments.
Jessica a.k.a. the Ty"rant"

Question?
I really liked your blog. Please read below and check out www.furtherthekingdom.com
Would you consider yourself to be a good person? The dictionary says "good" is to be "morally excellent." Let's check the standard--the Ten Commandments, to see how far we fall short: Is God first in your life? Do you love Him with "heart, mind, soul and strength?" Have you made a god to suit yourself? Have you used God's name in vain? Have you kept the Sabbath holy? Have you always honored your parents? Have you hated anyone, and therefore committed murder in your heart? Have you looked with lust and therefore committed adultery in your heart? Have you lied (including "fibs"), stolen (the value is irrelevant), or coveted other people's possessions? If you are honest, you know you will be guilty on the Day of Judgment. God, however, doesn't want to send you to Hell. Jesus Christ suffered and died on the Cross in your place, so you could go free. That's how much God loves you. We broke God's Law, but Jesus paid our fine. Then He rose from the grave and defeated death. If you repent and trust in Him, God will forgive your sins and grant you everlasting life. Obey the gospel today. Read your Bible daily and obey what you read, God will never let you down.
Thank you
